GUIDED Alignment Programmes

Low-touch coordination, mentoring & supervision, great for businesses who either already have in-house delivery capacity (but need help with upskilling & expert supervision) or already have preferred delivery partners (but need support with pulling it all together, so it's all aligned).

Investment starts from £750pcm, depending on level & duration of support required (minimum term 3 months). Fixed term fees available on request.

MANAGED Alignment Programmes

Hi-touch, hassle-free programmes including outsourcing, debriefing & supervision of delivery partners, coordination of cross-functional client project teams, mentoring & support for internal staff,  ideal for businesses who just want the strategy delivered with minimal drain on management time.

Investment depends upon scope of services & includes Rock's management fee plus the fees of the preferred delivery partners.
Fixed term or retainer based fees both available.

Most of Rock's clients start by booking a GRIT Session. Our pre-consult prep-sheets make sure that, by the time we get on the call, we'll already have an idea of where you're at & have already done some digging of our own to make sure we can best advise you.
