How it works
01 Book
Click the button below to select your time slot & pay for your Grit Session.
Confirm your email address to receive a confirmation email with a pre-consult prep sheet.
02 Prep
Complete the prep sheets online. Just topline - no need to over-think them.
Submit them at least 24 hours before our call (we need time to read them & do our own prep too).
03 Call
We 'meet' online & chat for up to an hour.
We'll discuss the issue/s at hand, including any recommendations or actions you can take.
04 Write-up
After our call, we'll email a brief summary of the session & outcomes.
And that's it, we're done (unless, of course, you're ready to Rock some more*)
*There's no obligation to do any downstream work with Rock but if, within 30 days of completing your Grit Session, you book a strategic programme, or a retainer for Alignment support, then the cost of your Grit Session will be refunded off your next invoice. Bonus!
